A BIT ABOUT ME...

I'm a coach, teacher and researcher with major goals of building transformative programs to help others reach their full potential. I approach each client with respect and empathy while using facilitation methods that combine my formal education, athletic experience and sport coaching background.

Athlete focus areas include bouncing back from adversity, building confidence, leadership, performance anxiety, sport injury and more.

I actually didn't set out to be a mental performance coach - starting a business, working with athletes, building courses...

Instead, my journey started when my own athletic career ended. After suffering multiple ACL tears from basketball, I found myself struggling with not only my physical recovery, but my mental health as well. I went from being a record breaking, all conference athlete who started every game in high school, to playing every game injured in my (very, very short) college career.  My identity was shattered, I felt used by the coaches, abandoned by the physical training staff, and didn't know where to turn.

Shortly after, I transferred schools and stumbled across a Sport Psychology of Injury class. While I had no idea what sport psychology was, I knew I needed some help figuring things out. Little did I know, that class would unlock an entirely new world of sport for me. That single course led me to study with some of the top professors in the field and work with coaches/athletes all across the country. Then finally, after years of thinking of starting my own mental performance coaching business, I made it happen!
